Personal TrAINING
1 on 1 Private personal training
The bread and butter of what we do here. We off sessions from 25-80min with the usual being 55min sessions. This can range from coaching with 1 session per week to 4 sessions per week depending on your needs and commitment level. These sessions are completely private so it will only be you and your trainer in the studio during your sessions.
All sessions are tailored to your specific needs and can be changed at any point depending on current energy levels or injuries.
Open gym Semi-private training
During certain open gym hours we offer the same personal training service with a bit less privacy. During these hours you can come in for unlimited sessions that will be your specific program and your training may be working with other clients in the same one.
This is a great option for those who don’t need quite as much 1 on 1 attention but still want a trainer to create and oversee the workouts. Everything is individualized and includes the same options and 1 on 1, the only difference being you may be sharing the space and trainer with other clients.
